well i came along a small program, i know this isnt anything new, and maybe there are better ones but, here is a program that tells you all your absolute file paths and what not, so just click here
http://lynnirwinstewart.wwwhubs.com/env.zip

simply put it anywhere in ur cgi-bin, and load it
http://whatever.com/cgi-bin/env.pl (lol just in case, im bad with directions :-p) and it will tell you everything, make sure the string is right. I had to change the first line in it to #!/usr/bin/perl, it was #!/usr/local/bin/perl

absolute path

I just get coranto to crash whenever I need the absolute path :) - it has a "Useful information" page accompanying some misconfiguration errors which includes it's path.

Code: Select all
#!/usr/bin/perl -w
print "Content-type:text/html\n\n";
foreach $i ( sort keys %ENV ) {
 print "$i: $ENV{$i}<br>\n";
}
exit;
Yes, I am still around...
