I have had the same problem with Maginto and ChangeDate Beta Build 3 - if I put in a past date it doesn't want to create the new page. It creates a link to the page and adds it to my headlines, but does not create the page itsself. If I go to modify news, and edit the news release and then hit submit again, it will then go ahead and create the page, is there something I need to change or do differently? Sorry I don't have an answer for your question, but hopefully one of us will get an answer.
